FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free roof inspections and honest assessments. Most of our work is insurance restoration, which means homeowners typically only pay their deductible if storm damage is present. We do not charge for inspections, consultations, or meeting with insurance adjusters. For retail replacements, we provide clear written estimates with no hidden fees and no high-pressure sales tactics. Financing options are also available for qualifying homeowners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free roof inspection where we check shingles, flashing, ventilation, decking condition, and look for storm damage. We take photos and explain exactly what we find in plain language. If damage is present, we help guide the homeowner through the insurance claim process and can meet the adjuster on site. After approval, we schedule the project, protect landscaping, complete the roof in most cases in one day, and perform a full cleanup including magnetic nail sweep. We finish with a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in residential roofing systems, storm damage identification, and insurance restoration procedures. We stay up to date on manufacturer installation requirements, proper ventilation practices, and building code standards. We work with major shingle manufacturers and follow their installation specifications to ensure warranty compliance and long-term performance.
