What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay competitive with other real estate professionals in the area. I am currently offering a discounted listing fee until December 31, 2018. After that time, it will go back up. This is to celebrate our 10th year in business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact, then follow-up with information requested and telephone call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed real estate broker for 10 years. Before that, a licensed agent for 4 years. I also have a Associates Degree in IT; a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology; and, a Masters Degree in Business with a Concentration in Accounting. I have taken many different sales classes as well as the continuing education classes that are related to my business. I am currently working on a certificate for Business IT.
