We had some wood rot and other repairs and contacted Zimmer construction for an estimate. Roy came out and gave us an honest opinion of what we needed to do now and what could wait. The repairs were completed quickly. We also had the house painted and when hiccups occurred Roy remained calm and persistent until everything was completed to our satisfaction. I will definitely call Zimmer construction for further needs. Thanks for a job well done, our house looks great again!

Installing a new wall to add a room to the basement rec room went well. Roy worked with us on schedules. And came back for final touch-ups. He was great find. Very knowledgeable on all phases of interior construction!

Roy was great to work with and our floor looks nice. He always showed up when he said he was going to and he put down nearly 800 sq feet of tile. The only thing I wish we would have done is we might have needed to pay a little more to have him put down a layer of self leveling underlayment to help keep the tiles all even to each other ... but they look great.

I has Roy and Jason finished my basement as to drywall walls and ceiling, installing a new door and window. They did great! Extremely reliable, reasonable, with timely communications on updates and prices. Roy also offered several options and outcomes together with his opinion. Would definitely use their services again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No there are to many variables that go into an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts us via telephone, email, and thumbtack to discuss what their needs for their project. We discuss the scope of the work. Then we set up a time and date to schedule an estimate. After the customer has picked out the material they would like to use we return to the office to put together the cost of material and labor. The customer will be contacted via cell to discuss the cost of the project. If customers agree upon price a contract will be written up. Ounce contract is signed you will be put on put on the work schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience in the construction field. Those years of experienced in exterior/ interior jobs.
