- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and honest with our pricing. We quote based on legitimate standards as opposed to just looking at a job and saying a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First identify the issue, every good service starts with a thorough inspection. Then I educate the customer on my treatment methods and the pest they are dealing with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m state certified in Kansas and Missouri, as well as years of experience in the industry. I’ve literally seen every type of job imaginable, so there is nothing I couldn’t help a customer with.
