Nick does INCREDIBLE work! He is professional yet still very personable. Super impressed with his diligence and his attention to all the details of treating our home. We haven’t seen anymore pests since his work began.
Nick was great! Very responsive and helpful from the beginning. I hired him to spot treat a termite issue on a home I just purchased. He did a wonderful job I would highly recommend!!!!!! Words cant Express.. He sealed all the entryways inside And outside, educated me on areas of my home that I didn't even know was entry points, sprayed and put bait down inside and out, checked my attic, and everything!! I just bought this house and want to take good care of it. Now I can sleep peacefully at night!! He will forever have my service. Thank you again!!

Defender Peat Control reached out to me immediately, gave me a couple of estimates and options for my pest problem. They came out the next day and identified exactly what needed done. They were cheaper that the company I used previously (who did nothing but drain my wallet). I would definitely recommend them!
Met with Defender Pest Control for a quote and was set up for a service the next day. Excellent service and response time. Looking forward to seeing the difference!

We are fair and honest with our pricing. We quote based on legitimate standards as opposed to just looking at a job and saying a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First identify the issue, every good service starts with a thorough inspection. Then I educate the customer on my treatment methods and the pest they are dealing with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m state certified in Kansas and Missouri, as well as years of experience in the industry. I’ve literally seen every type of job imaginable, so there is nothing I couldn’t help a customer with.
