My feeling for the Mr. Skaggs is that he is very professional and really care about his customer. It had rained for two days and the air was extremely humid priori to my first tree removal appointment. Mr. Skaggs paid attention to these small details and sent me a text considering the possible damage for driving the equitments through the lawn shared with my neighbor. However, he still manged to show up on time to the appointment and double check the soil condition. Yesterday, he and his team came to remove the tree in the backyard in the 10 degree weather. I had leave for school during that time , but I was extremely satisfied with the result and their hard work when I came home.

Kelly and his team removed two huge 50 year-old pin oak trees in our front yard, grinded both stumps, and cleaned the yard in about 6 hours! And it looks fantastic! A job this big would take other tree trimming services multiple days. His crew worked diligently and professionally and he provided the machinery and trucks to get the job down quickly and properly.
