FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are very fair! Depending on the job, I will either give a price that relates to the specific work or I will charge by the hour ($125) if no exact estimate can be foreseen but nonetheless I do not overcharge. I also do not have any employees yet so my rates can be lower than electricians with a crew.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don’t run from the work, I run to the work. The same can be said for my customer relationships. I am positive, kind, and I listen to any and all concerns someone may have. I will take this into consideration when doing my work to ensure my customer will be the most satisfied possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Industrial Electricity and Electronics program at Ranken Technical College in 2001. I have 25 years total experience with all types of electricity (industrial, residential, and commercial)
