What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some types of projects are different from others. If ordering T-shirts for example, be aware that artwork price is separate from the shirt itself, unless you supply your own. I am more than willing to give you a discount on large orders. I don't usually do a lot of 1 or 2 shirt orders, unless you are willing to pay for shipping to mail them to me, as I don't have a store-front for walk-in customers. If you are wanting automotive paint, I have to include the cost of paint in my price as well as labor. For large projects such as murals, I usually charge by the hour. And as a general rule, any artwork price will depend on the complexity of the design.
