If you want a company that actually responds when you reach out, and is ready to schedule you (so you can move on to the next thing), Your Chimney Doctors is the one. I requested a service call/inspection of our gas fireplace which wasn't igniting (we had just moved in and have a ton of things going on around the house). They scheduled me within a day and came out. Were in and out in 30 min for just the inspection fee. He inspected the entire unit and determined it was simply a loose wire in the wall switch. He fixed that and we were golden!

I was very pleased with The Chimney Doctors. We had a leak that the roofer told us must be coming from the chimney. The Chimney Drs. came out, inspected our chimney, and showed us various pictures showing our problem areas. We agreed to the work recommended. We've had rain since then but no major storm. We haven't had any additional issues.
