We had a wonderful experience working with Joshua. He is very knowledgeable about trees and clearly cares about keeping them healthy. Instead of pushing to remove trees, he focuses on saving them whenever possible, which we really appreciated. He treated and trimmed the trees in our yard and explained what what he was doing and why.What we especially valued was his guidance on native plants. Our entire yard is garden space, and he took the time to recommend native species that will support the local ecosystem while fitting beautifully into the landscape. We will continue to work with him this spring to plant new trees and redesign our garden space.If you're looking for someone who truly understands trees, respects the environment, and takes a long-term approach to landscape health, I highly recommend StL Arbor Solutions. Joshua is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work.

While we all hope to find someone immediately available, this was well worth the wait. The tree sat in a tight spot between our house and electric lines, and I honestly couldn’t imagine taking it down without causing damage. He showed up on time, was upfront and fair about pricing, and quickly put together a clear, thoughtful plan. What stood out most was his communication—even while up in the tree, he consistently explained each cut, the intended fall area, and how he was using well-placed logs to protect the driveway and sidewalk. He also checked in with me before key steps, which built a lot of confidence. Every cut was measured and controlled—nothing felt rushed or risky. He kept all sections small enough to avoid any chance of hitting the house, fence, power lines, or garden. The final result looks fantastic, and we’re excited about the next phase of improving our yard. We will absolutely be using him again for future work.

J&S is the best tree service! They are the best! Ya know, some people talk, and they say that they don't have good tree service. They complain about these other guys, and they see them look around and leave. Where do they go? What did they do? Not J&S. And that's because J&S, ya know, are really good. Better than ever. I heard one guy say "the greatest", and he seemed like a pretty smart guy to me. Other guys? Kinda freaky. J&S? The best.

I sincerely appreciated the quick response and excellent communication from Josh at J and S Tree Service. We were given a fair price, the work was done when they said it would be and they cared about doing a good job. We will be having them come back to do more work this fall. Highly recommend!

J&S tree service seem to beknow their stuff. We had them take care of a stump grinding and trimming and treating another tree. We felt they were competitively priced and I have recommend them to friends.
