- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated, in fact it is very simple. We offer an in home estimate, we will measure your project, show products matching your requests, then when you decide in a material or procedure to be completed I will give you a free no obligation quote. Unlike many, I refuse to offer a quote or bid on a site unseen. I do not bait and switch! I rather work with you to make your buying experience the best it can be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly looking for trainings for myself and my crew. I am a firm believer in continuing education. This trade is constantly changing, products change and the procedures for installing them change from time to time. In order to offer a manufacturer warranty, the company offering the sales and installation must be properly trained to install your floor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been a family owned business since 1982. I started working for my dad in the summers and after school, then began to manage and operate the business after high school. I have been in the industry every since.
