Marawan or as his friends call him ‘Sir’ was fantastic! He went above and beyond his call of duty. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. He went to the store and picked up the required parts to fix my computer. He came to my house 2x because we ran into some unforeseen incidents. He is very polite and a joy to talk to while the computer is doing computer stuff. This app only lets you pick 3 of 5 options but having Marawan helping you is a 5 star experience 10 out of 10 would pick his brain again Thank you Sir
