Excellent service, communication, and courtesy.I am overall very pleased with the work and experience I had with Anton's. I had a disaster of a cast iron drain line repair and replace that was started and botched by a company that rhymes with Sister Looter. Anton's stepped up and got me out of a real jam. Travis was awesome listening to my concerns, addressing my constraints (the drain line went through my home office), and scheduling it for planned PTO. The customer service there is outstanding. They genuinely seem to care. One representative waited on the phone with me to get it scheduled. The work was scheduled over 3 days Wednesday - Friday. They were prompt on their appointments and communication was superb when they were coming and going. The first day Reuben and Paul worked their tails off. They excavated the rest of the line and I had fully functional plumbing at the end of the day. The second day the inspector gave it a thumbs up and they were there shortly after to backfill and clean up some. The last day being a Friday was probably a mistake on my part. The crew was trying to get done ASAP. Drain lines are dirty work, but it probably could have been done cleaner. I was also left with a lot of debris and garbage when they left and told they would be back. I wish they would have cleaned up more Friday but they were back promptly on Tuesday morning to clean up. Drain line replacement is a living hell but I picked the right company to go through this with.

Carl was very knowledgeable about what was causing my pipes to drip in the laundry room. He added significant value by replacing all of my shut off valves and bringing one of them up to code which enabled my HVAC humidifier to connect to the water line. Everything passed inspection and I’m happy!

We had an unexpected plumbing issue with our downstairs toilet. Couldn't have asked for more from the Anton's Plumbing team member who came out to fix our issue. Work was completed the day after I submitted our job request. Would highly recommend!

Ben was here for a leaking bathroom sink pipe. He quickly found out exactly what the problem was, described what he would do to fix it and then and repaired it beautifully!
