I was leery because I have had less than stellar experiences with computer repair places in the past.
Austin was professional and honest upon our first encounter. I knew the part he replaced was the problem.
The virus scan and subsequent results were a little harder for me to accept. I asked him if he would send me a copy of the virus log. He did. I would have preferred if the 2 greatest threats were highlighted in that report but they weren't.
Nevertheless in todays world and market, I found him superior to what I have encountered in the past.
In short, I would use him again.

I have been working with computers most of my life. Ussually they are working great but of course nothing is perfect. I either had a virus or something that was slowing down my computer and when I went to ask PC Solutions to fix my computer, they were able to get the issue resolved very quickly and effictionally
