- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing system, every job is different, I do always offer the customer a bid with and without materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually go to them at their convenience to discuss the project there wanting done to get a complete understanding of exactly what their wanting. Then I decide if it's in their best interest to hire me and it is something I can provide an excellent finished product and 110% satisfied customer. If so I will get what I need measurements, material list, etc etc and I will get an estimate together and In some cases present it to them before I leave or some bigger jobs a day or two. If they feel I am the Pro for the job , I will print up detailed contract on what will be done for exact cost , if materials are to be purchased I require half of entire bid as a down payment, both parties sign on dotted line and the customer can go back to what they need to be doing rest assured and I go to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years trade school I hold two Associates degrees one in Building Maintenance Technology and another Associates in HVAC/R I am EPA certified TRAC PIPE CERTIFIED NATE/ICE CERTIFIED GREEN AWARENESS CERTIFIED 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD
