- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Dryer Vent Rescue LLC, we aim to make the process easy, professional, and transparent from the first contact to the final walkthrough. Here’s what customers can typically expect: Initial Contact & Questions Customers usually call, text, message us online, or book directly through our website. We’ll ask a few questions about the dryer, vent location, airflow concerns, or any warning signs like long dry times, burning smells, or dryer error codes. Scheduling the Appointment We offer flexible scheduling with same-day or next-day availability when possible. Customers receive appointment confirmation and communication before arrival. Inspection & Evaluation When we arrive, we inspect the dryer vent system or ductwork to identify buildup, airflow restrictions, unsafe materials, disconnected vents, bird nests, or other issues affecting performance and safety. Explaining the Findings Before any work begins, we explain what we found, review the recommended service, and provide upfront pricing. We believe customers should fully understand the work being performed without pressure or surprise charges. Cleaning or Repair Service We use professional vacuum-based equipment designed to safely remove lint, dust, and debris while keeping the work area clean. For repairs or installations, we use code-compliant materials and proper airflow practices. Airflow Verification & Final Walkthrough One thing that sets us apart is we verify airflow before and after many dryer vent cleanings to show measurable improvement whenever possible. We then walk customers through the completed work, answer questions, and provide maintenance recommendations. Our goal is to provide honest service, quality workmanship, and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got started in this line of work after seeing how overlooked dryer vent maintenance really is and how many homeowners were unknowingly dealing with serious airflow and fire hazards. I noticed a lot of people were experiencing long dry times, overheating dryers, and warning codes without realizing the vent system was the real problem. That led me to start Dryer Vent Rescue LLC with the goal of building a company focused on honest service, real results, and customer education. From day one, I wanted to offer a straightforward experience with no gimmicks, no pressure sales tactics, and no unnecessary upsells. As the business grew, I gained hands-on experience with dryer vent cleaning, vent repairs, reroutes, rooftop vent systems, and air duct cleaning. Working directly in the field every day has helped build strong knowledge of airflow diagnostics, code-compliant venting, and solving difficult vent restrictions safely and efficiently. What I enjoy most is helping customers improve safety and efficiency in their homes while giving them peace of mind. It’s rewarding to see the difference after a proper cleaning or repair and know we helped reduce a potential fire hazard while improving dryer performance.
