Scott was awesome! Highly recommend this company. I had a situation where a handyman I hired through a different site replaced two ceiling fans for me. Turned out he got the wiring wrong and shorted out one fan. Scott quick found the problem and replaced the fan correctly this time. He also checked the second fan and found it was connected incorrectly also and fixed that. Finally, Scott was very helpful in adding notes to the invoice so that I could file a claim with the other handyman site. My claim was quickly approved. But even without all of this, Scott and Brda Electrical were great and I would highly recommend them.

Montell arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He told me what the problem was and gave several options for fixing it. He made some recommendations for a long term plan too which I like. I will definitely use Brad Electric again.

I did not end up going thru with the project bc it was more work than I anticipated and ultimately was more a want than a need - BUT they did a full eval of my space and we discussed all my options. Very professional. Nice to work with. Will hire if I end up needing work.

The worker was cordial and a nice guy but honestly came across as lacking the experience or knowledge to do what I needed. He did not fully assess the wiring needed due to the room having an overhang area where the wire needed to be installed, which ended up with him drilling a hole through my wall to the outside of the house. He did not have an Ethernet tester so that he could test the continuity of the cable to make sure it worked; this really surprised me!. I bought a tester but have not had a chance to test it yet. He also ended up breaking my sump pump by stepping off his ladder in the basement, but he replaced that. Needless to say, I won't be calling for any new work to be done by Brda. I had other work that I could not afford at this time, as I am a senior on a fixed income.

Brda charges a small professional service fee of $99. After we do an onsite evaluation, we will provide up front pricing for the repairs or upgrades. If you move forward with the service the $99 is waived.

When a customer inquires about our services, we connect with them right away via phone or text. We will review the job specifics, review our fees, and then schedule a technician to visit the property.
