Toeny was great. He came out in less than 24 hours for a free inspection of the problem, gave us a competitive quote, and promptly worked with me on a few details of the service contract to beat out two competitors for our business. We had him scheduled for service the next day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He is working with us on an ongoing basis to see that our pest issue is resolved.

Toeny provided very prompt, courteous, efficient, and effective service. We had seen a mouse the previous evening -- Toeny inspected the whole house (inside, outside, and basement), set several glue traps (one of which caught the mouse the next day), and left several boxes with poison.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you hire a company that is certified. Many companies use the same chemicals. It is not about how much chemical is applied, it where it is applied. Must have experience with the type of insect you have.
