- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief phone call or message to understand the pest issue, home size, and any specific concerns. From there, we recommend the most effective treatment plan and explain exactly what’s included. Once scheduled, a licensed technician performs a thorough inspection and initial treatment, focusing on both interior and exterior protection. After service, we provide ongoing support, follow-up visits as needed, and proactive prevention to keep pests from returning.
