I had a majorly clogged drain and some electrical issues in my kitchen. Not only did Mr. Ken come out the same day, He worked so fast and efficiently and the charge was more than fair. I would use him for any home repairs!! EXTREMELY HAPPY

I was really impressed with Ken's work. I hired him twice already. He is a very honest, punctual, competent & professional individual. He installed 4 doors in my mother's house, 2 exterior doors & 2 storm doors. He did an excellent job. The doors look GREAT! He worked very hard & diligently. He is very affordable & fair. I look forward to working with him again in the near future

Okay first I had a list things that need to be purchased from Home Depot in order to have the things done at my house that needed to be done. I asked him if he either wanted to take me and I purchase the things or if hey wanted to pick them up and I would send him the list on a text message he showed up at my house and look over the job specs and then went down Depot to purchase the items I was adding a few things on the list told him I would send him as soon as I was finished. I sent him the list multiple texts he would not reply an hour and 20 minutes later I got a hold of him he said he was leaving Home Depot he didn't purchase any of the items he had already left there because they did not cut fiberglass so he did not purchase anything and he was going to go to Lowe's. I told him wait there was specific items I wanted specifically from Home Depot on the list I sent you. He replies will hold on let me check my text and then replies okay well let me go get those before I leave. Now he just told me a bold-faced lie saying that he already left there on his way to Lowe's then tell them himself by saying I'll go grab those before I leave. Then he went to Lowe's which took another hour and I had to call him repeatedly to tell him hey this is already taking too long you're not going to milk me 4 pay without doing anything. I guess that remark hurried him up and went and got here he bought one item out of our entire list correctly even the fiberglass he had cut was not the right size. I was already upset now twice by this guy and he hasn't even done any work yet I had my fiance coming home later that day who expected a lot of the stuff already finished hearing that I hired somebody the night before. So I asked him or I can we get some of the stuff done around here please can you hurry up can we get to work please. He said sure let me run out to the truck and get some tools, that was the first run out to the truck. So I have him start on replacing some locks deadbolts and door knobs let me see the front door took him at least an hour to replace a door knob and deadbolt period when he finished with it I was severely irritated with the time frame and did not actually check the log I assumed that he knew what he was doing I asked him to lock the door so we can go and get the work done in the rest of the house any said okay. Come to find out when was time for an to leave after the day the door did not lock I don't know what he did wrong but the many times throughout the day that he going through the door out to the truck to get the tools that he should have brought in with him like a professional instead of trying to milk me for more time pay by going out and messing around in the truck for 10 minutes at a time. So further I had 6 mirrors to be hung, and I will say only three are properly hung too or at least 5 inches too high and I am not able to rehang them due to disability. Then it got hanging my flat screen TV on the wall, he had to make a second run out to the truck for some more tools. My flat screen TV is crooked on the wall! It is extremely irritating comma because once again I cannot rehang it due to disability. Then it was out to replace broken windows with the fiberglass which entailed another run out to the truck for more tools. The fiberglass obviously is not cut right because it does not fit in the window properly. I had him return after he left to fix it because one of them popped out of place, and let me just say it has popped out of place again. Not to mention he wanted repayment for the second time spent fixing the window that he replaced originally and got paid for it but did not fix correctly and yet said was fixed. Upon leaving the first time I asked him for my receipts from the store so I can verify the cost he would not give me the receipts. He said he needed them for his taxes I say to him how do you need it for taxes. So I asked him if I'm repaying you the money correctly right now with your hourly wage what am I supposed to do for my verification of cost. he said he can make me a copy. so basically I just wanted this guy out of my house he's basically just robbed me with a smile and his hand out buy milking the time all day not correctly installing anything at all and then having to return to fix things he had already supposedly completed fixing in the first place and demanding pay again then had a problem with syncing up the correct amount of money for the time he was charging me for once more. This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life hiring help period I'm on disability and I make a very low amount of money a month that usually does not stretch out enough to hire help. My fiance needed things done around this house and she is highly severely upset with the whole situation with me and definitely with this fool that I hired off of this site. Now what am I supposed to do with all these things that need to be redone question mark I don't have the money to hire another person and I don't have the ability to do it myself which is why I hired somebody off up here in the first place.
