We price by property size — small lots start at $35/visit for mowing, medium from $45, and large from $60. One-time services like pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and leaf removal are flat-rate. Recurring customers get 10% off and lock in that discount permanently as long as they stay subscribed. No hidden fees — the price you see is what you pay.
