- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first we'll get to know each other through a brief consultation. This way I can get to know you and what you are wanting to Achieve. The next step consists of taking measurements and going through an assessment To detect any injuries or imbalances. We would then proceed onto a short workout. afterwards I would have a good understanding of where you're at and I would then recommend a workout regimen and schedule our next session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a personal trainer. I'm also certified in CPR/AED/FA. I also have experience as a former athlete in mixed martial arts, wrestling, jitsu and muay thai
