I contacted JD on a Sunday and by that evening my gutters were clean. I never expected him to respond that fast! On top of that, he did an excellent job. I will definitely use him again!

I’m very pleased with JD’s! The response time was quick as well as the turnaround on the job. JD did a great job on the gutters and saved me from a potential disaster. I observed what I thought to be a leak Saturday in the gutters, JD came out Sunday evening to check it out and completed the job Monday! I will definitely be calling on them again! Very personable and professional; and offered suggestions to help keep maintenance jobs like this down. I now have peace of mind going into the winter season and am very happy with the results! As a single woman, too often folks try to take advantage of you because they think you don’t know any better - JD quoted the job Sunday evening, at a fair price, without knowing what he might find in those gutters. What he found on Monday was four inches of water! And, he took video to show me what was going on up there. I truly appreciate his expertise and his professionalism. You can’t go wrong with JD’s!

JD showed up to give me a bid almost instantly. Then gave a very fair price for cleaning my gutters. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He went the extra mile and cleaned up any residual mess. He’s someone I would highly recomend to anyone needing their gutters cleaned, house exterior washed, or leaves picked up.

Very impressed with the quality of JD's. I was sent pictures of the after work pictures while I was at work and I was blown away at how clean the gutters were. JD was quick. The entire job for my 2500+ sq ft house took about an hour or less. JD was very professional and I definitely use him again and recommended him to my friends and my co-workers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and I do everything I can to make sure I am giving you the best price. All quotes received on the sights are generated quotes and are not the final price. I put this out there cause there are times that a customer gets scared about a price and it would have actually been cheaper if I had the opportunity to look at the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer reaches out to me and I will come to there house to introduce myself first so they feel comfortable with the person doing work at there resident are buisness and also give them a more accurate price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 plus yrs in this buisness. I do research to find better ways to do everything I do in this buisness.
