- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for Handyman work that we offer is: -$55.00 per hr. +Materials purchased for job. Remodel work/New Construction - Scheduled walk through with each perspective client to asses scope of work that is needed. - Free estimates - 10% discount on total price applied once proposal and pricing are agreed upon. Effective until 12/31/2017.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to be able to meet each perspective client, face to face. As a father of three, I understand the importance of feeling secure and comfortable with anyone whom may be working at my residence. I take that very seriously. I have extremely high standards in the hiring process of my employees, and only hire a qualified, drug-free workforce. I feel, that is the best start to working and developing a trusting relationship with each new customer.

5 yrs. Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Program/St. Louis. Graduated top 3% of my class, 2005 12 yrs. on the job experience. 23 credited years on job hours. 5 yrs. General Foreman. 4 yrs. on-site Superintendent. 40 hour OSHA Trained
