- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing begins at $150 for a 30 minute Starter session, available for clients new to Joyful Heart Portraits. From there, a 1 hour Standard session is $300 and includes 20 fully-edited digital images. I currently have a 26% off for Class of 2026 seniors discount - available for sessions booked between August 2025 and January 2026.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client messages me and/or chooses a session package and fills out my contact form, I'll reach out within 48 hours to confirm your session booking and discuss details. We'll communicate either via text, call, or email so we can figure out exactly what you're looking for with your photoshoot. Once we secure a time, date, and location, we'll meet up and I'll take your photos - the best part! After we part ways, I’ll get started on editing and finalizing your photographs. I'll have your digital gallery finished and delivered to you as soon as possible.

I've worked with large families with kids ranging from toddlers to teenagers, young couples, elderly couples, male and female graduating seniors...I can't wait to work with you next!
