- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes fuel, labor, and supplies for the job, we have some overhead cost like insurance, supplies, electric, gas,chemicals etc Our rates are very affordable and we offer give steep discounts for add ons and we always guarantee our work and will work with customers and other companies quotes to give our customers the best price available while still maintaining professional quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We never ask for any payment upfront and we accept credit/debit payments check and cash Apple Pay android pay Facebook pay, and we use square app for invoices. The customer does not have to be present at the time if service or can be there at the time of service as well.
