- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a one time diagnostic fee of $75 dollars for the initial inspection of appliance. If customer wants to continue with repair after initial inspection report of appliance failure, there will be a labor and material (parts) fee for repair of appliance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introduce myself through text and/or voice phone call. 2. Ask customer about issue(s) with their appliance 3. Establish date and time to come look at appliance. 4. Request a picture sent of the model number of appliance. Explain this is important to gain and review schematic prior to established arrival date. 5. Explain the diagnostic fee and pricing. 6. Day before confirm appointment.
