Communication was easy and complete. Moe stayed with the ice maker problem until it was resolved. Let's face it, no one really wants to spend money to fix an appliance. Moe is no more expensive than others and he is easy to work with.

Moe (an individual) deserved all 5 of the choices allowed. He was on time, Covid safe, diagnosed the Samsung dryer issue well pass the mother board, purchased parts needed for repair, spotless when departing and a fair cost. For appliances, HVAC, electrical I will both use and highly recommend hard working Moe

I would highly recommend Moe Bees Home Services! My technician was great with communication before, during and after project was finished. I needed my dryer fixed and he was punctual, kind, and knowledgable. The repair was quick and he was prepared with the parts on hand. He was upfront with the cost of the repair. I was also thankful that he told me an extra step I needed to take to maintain my dryer's efficiency. Extremely pleased with the service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a one time diagnostic fee of $75 dollars for the initial inspection of appliance. If customer wants to continue with repair after initial inspection report of appliance failure, there will be a labor and material (parts) fee for repair of appliance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introduce myself through text and/or voice phone call. 2. Ask customer about issue(s) with their appliance 3. Establish date and time to come look at appliance. 4. Request a picture sent of the model number of appliance. Explain this is important to gain and review schematic prior to established arrival date. 5. Explain the diagnostic fee and pricing. 6. Day before confirm appointment.
