Amazing!
They showed up 1 mover short but immediately reassured up they would get it done and they did. They were super efficient and Tetris masters! They showed great care for our items and the movers who helped us unload in the other side even praised them for how well they did. Thank you guys!!!

My experience with E & J Cleanouts and Moving was to say the least Amazing.

I had previously hired another mover that left me with a house full of furniture at the last minute. I was on the verge of a breakdown trying to move a household.

I contacted E & J explaining that I needed movers ASAP. Eric was understanding and walked me through the companies standard billing and gave me a price for the 2 hour minimum and what costs were after then. I had sent him a list of furniture I needed moved and that I had A LOT of boxes. He said they could do the move the next day during a time slot he had open.

They arrived right when they said they would and got to WORK. They were fast, efficient and didn’t play around. I had one item that had sentimental family value and Eric and Larry stopped to listen to me regarding handling the piece. My stuff arrived at the new house in great condition. I could not have had a better moving experience and I thank them.

The young men that actually moved the couch and chair, whose names were Mark and Chris, were wonderful. They were much better than owner Eric. Eric and I had some miscommunications in spite of the fact that I spoke to him on the phone and explained that I needed a couch and chair moved from my home to my sons. about 7 miles or so. I thought that I had responded correctly to Eric and gave him both addresses but he claims he never got my home address and was going to send movers to my sons home without a truck! The young men were responsible enough to check with me this A.M. and realized they needed a truck. So, Eric charged me an extra 60.00 from what he quoted me. Perhaps Eric should take a page out of his employees play book and check back with people as did Mark and Chris. I only gave the good rating because of Mark and Chris. They were polite, professional and took great care with my furniture!

I am editing this review because the owner was kind enough to contact me after the move and did apologize for any problem that I may have had. Eric explained that he is very short handed and that times have been tough through COVID, which I fully understand. I would use this company again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have a 2 hour minum with a $55 service fee on all jobs. Mileage will also be added to the quote based upon your location/locations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When talking to a customer for the first time, I like to listen to the job in hand. From there we find the best option for the customer to save them time and make the move more efficient for them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this work to be able to provide customers with a higher quality of service in the moving industry. I also wanted to provided higher paying jobs to employees while keeping cost down for customers.
