JWCole LTD was a true craftsman for my tear off deck with impeccable quality and attention to detail. They found the root cause of my original problem, offered a solution that was outside the contract and gave me a price to fix. This prevented me from having to redo the same construction in 5 to 10 years. They could have just glossed over it without alerting me, but they did the honest thing. Other add-ons were proposed by me. I received a quote and all the extras were completed based on a verbal agreement. The original signed contract was honored even when all things did not go perfect. Throughout the job, I was offered suggestions to add features that would enhance the deck to add the wow factor. Now neighbors marvel at how high-tech and fun my deck looks with changing LED lights all from an app on my phone. The highest quality materials were used which will most likely outlast my residency. Not only was the job done, the job was done RIGHT. For this, I am very grateful.
