- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date by doing competitions frequently throughout the year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For the past 4 years my family and I have competed in competition BBQ in the Kansas City BBQ Society. After hearing from numerous people that we need to open a restaurant, we decided to give catering a go since it is much less risk.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We can do whatever the customer wants. We have the capability to do weddings, graduations, reunions, office parties, or anything in between.
