- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid competitively and very fair. Cheaper isn’t always better, especially in concrete! Once it’s done, it’s DONE! I can guarantee our work to be done efficiently and affectively. We will never leave your place a mess, site will be cleaned up each night before we leave.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet with customer to look at job. 2. Put together a bid 3. Give customer a start date and an estimated finish date. 4. Collect 30% of the total bid amount for materials, equipment, etc. 5. Prep work: dig out/ rock in/ set forms 6. Collect 60% 7. Pour concrete 8. Return to clean up, strip forms and to insure that everything meets the customers satisfaction! 9. Collect final payment 10%
