I have to redo my entire kitchen,panty,laundry, and half bathroom floor. The floor was less than amature. He did not pull up the trimming so I have a entire crack going across my entire area of all these rooms. There are holes forming, because the grout is falling apart. I have grout smears all over the trimmings. I have some areas where the grout wasn't filled in. I don't even think he sealed my floor afterwards. Also, all the floor is very wobbly and uneven. It's horrible. I also have to get a peice of custom trimming to go down my counter because it's missing. So as of right now a corner of my counter is completely exposed. He ruined my kitchen sink it has orange rust all over it, because he poured chemicals down it. I have to buy a new sink, and have someone install a new sink. I tried cleaning it to get the rust to come out it's not coming out. I have toilet holders and towel bars missing. I have handles for my counters missing for two bathrooms. I have trimming in different rooms that have grout smeared all over them. He used up my entire garage, and left it a complete mess with dust and dirt and used up materal all over it. He did not clean up after himself at all. I can barley get my car in. He also ripped out my master bath shower, so for a while I had no master bath shower to use. He was so behind on the entire job. It's going a million times faster with the one contractor I hired. Also, this guy has a million excuses as far as why it's taking him so much longer than he quoted me intially. He also had to hire some guy just to get the job done on time for both the kitchen and the half bath upstairs for a few days. He also told me it didn't feel right to him that I didn't pay for that guy to help him out, since he was so behind. I told him before he hired the guy that I was not paying for extra help when it should of already been done. I also paid him upfront for the last week and he only worked 2 days, as to no suprise I didn't get any money back. I also told him he can keep the money as long as he comes back to take care of the things that are messed up. I tried scheduling 2 appointments with him. He never got back to me. After I had to call him he told me he couln't make it after I waited at my house for 3 hours both times. I did tell him I would take him to small claims court if he did not come back to take care of the things he messed up. So I am now taking him to small claims court. Do not hire this guy. I would choose anyone besides him. He comes off like he has a ton of experience I think he is full of it. All my neighbors were going to have him work on their house. I personally love reccomending people to others and giving people business. The look on my neighbors face was horrible. They were in complete shock how horrible the guy did. Also, another word of advice. After I told him I am done with his excuses and I am taking him to small claims court. He said he is going to take me to court as well. So I better think twice before doing it. This guy is a living nightmare.
