How happy you will be with this service depends on your expectations, and the cleaner that comes to your home. We have had great experiences and okay experiences. For the price of the basic clean, I typically feel that on average, we get our moneys worth, though it is frustrating that at times cleaners will buzz in and out doing a very partial job in an hour to 1.5 hours. I wont say that happens super regularly, every 3-4 months or so I would say. However, I have purchased a number of addition services through the just over a year that we have used this company and not once have we gotten what I paid for from those. Ask a LOT of questions before purchasing and take screen shots of responses, because you will find out after the fact that there are lots of caveats-we only do what we have time for in X hours, oh that special was only for homes of a different size than yours, etc. Customer service, quite frankly, leaves a lot to be desired. Do not expect an apology or for anything to be made right if it is not completed as stated. They are willing to work around kid messes, which is very helpful if you have kids, and that is the main reason I have stayed as long as I have. Many of the cleaners are very nice as well.

So grateful for the TREMENDOUS cleaning services that Veronica did today at my home! It was my first time ever having a cleaning service, and as a mom with two little ones, it is SUCH a worthwhile investment! Veronica does an amazing job taking care of our home. Being the mom of an active toddler I dont always have time to get everything done . I trusted she would do an amazing job and boy did she deliver!!! House was beautiful and smelled amazing. Can't wait to schedule our next visit.

Not the first cleaning service I tried, but the best I've come across so far! Excellent customer service, our cleaner from Ace does a great job in our very unique house and the rates are quite reasonable.
