- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please call us as we can always provide a ballpark estimate for most of our services, but it is really most effective to properly assess the issues on site and recommend a solution after diagnosis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Engage with them over the phone and preferably face to face to assess the real problem. Once diagnosed, we try to recommend the most effective and efficient solution for the customer's personal situation
