Jared with Ideal Temp was extremely informative, efficient, prompt/timely and also friendly with this service which involved the installation of a "kickstart" device to reduce the load on the A/C compressor. I felt like he was very forthright and honest!

Top notch service! Jared arrived on time and really went the extra mile to pinpoint the issue I was having and serviced it right away. He told me what to look out for in the future and even gave me tips to stop it from happening again. He didnt just try to upsell me like other techs have in the past. Great experience, highly recommend!

This is a really good company, prompt courteous and friendly. When entering he applied booties, checked everything out. Was informative, and honest. He offered preventive measures and was great. Very inexpensive, and I will be using them again.
