- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest around. We do offer a few discounts. We have found that people prefer quality and personally custom services over cost, so we have designed our company around you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just need some basic information. We do ask for your email, as we are paperless. You'll receive a confirmation email verifying our appointment time, notification when our technician is on his way, and of course an email of you receipt. We are in constant contact with you throughout this whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 16 yeara of experience in KC. Commercial and residential expert.
