- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Recurring cleans start at $0.90 per square foot with a $125 minimum. One-time deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans are quoted based on home size and condition. No surprise fees — you know your price before we show up. We offer a discount on your first recurring clean when you sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to confirm your home size, service type, and schedule. We give you a firm price upfront — no in-home estimate needed for most homes. On your first clean, we do a walkthrough to note priorities or any special requests. After the clean, we follow up to make sure everything met your expectations. Simple, no-hassle process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential cleaning techniques including proper product usage, surface care, and efficient room-by-room cleaning systems. We use HEPA-filter vacuums and EPA-approved cleaners. All team members go through an onboarding process covering safety, product handling, and quality standards before their first solo clean.
