Justin & Justin were amazing. Crew leader Justin was incredibly forthcoming right away telling me that he noticed that I wanted the 2 hour minimum and that it wasn't a 2 hour job. He then told me that "I can get all of the big furniture and anything that wont fit in a car" and then asked if I would like to pay for the additional time needed for the balance of the boxes to which I voluntarily declined. They ABSOLUTELY HUSTLED the entire time, loaded the truck down safely & carefully (but also VERY promptly) and then asked which rooms we wanted each item in and executed with 100% accuracy. What made it totally awesome is that they set the furniture in the rooms in a way that MADE SENSE (I didn't re-arrange anything, they set up each room with perfection). They finished with 3 minutes to spare (so obviously they estimated the load perfectly) and on top of all of the above they were polite and professional even though they both had a very rough day and were working several hours later than they had expected. If I had to move again I would absolutely use them again and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know who needs movers with full confidence. A++ service guys. No reason to look elsewhere, in my opinion.

Did a good job. Called the day before so I knew they would be a hr late. Went right to work. We had 20 pieces of furniture and maybe 200 boxes/totes. Stayed busy the whole time. Had me unloaded in less than four hrs truly all the help I had expected from a two man crew. Plan to use them the next time I move

We were very happy with Moving Pros. The gentlemen who came to our house, James and Ty, were very professional. They were SUPER fast and also very careful with the furniture and our belongings. I don't intend to move anytime soon, but would use them again myself and gladly recommend them to anyone.

I have moved many times in the past few years and these guys are the very best I have ever used. They were very fast and yet very careful with the furniture and the house. They even helped put together a bed and moved things around to a different location when I didn't like it where they set it. They were polite and actually seemed to enjoy their work. I would recommend them to anyone...They were great!!

These guys are the best!!! I've never been moved so fast in all of my years in the Kansas City area. The movers were friendly and very professional and my whole move didn't cost me an arm and a leg afterwards... They even offered to hook up my washer and dryer and put my furniture in place so I wouldn't have to worry about it later! I've tried many different movers in the past but this company stood out from the rest! I didn't go over budget plus I was able to buy lunch and not worry about putting things back in place! I would most definitely recommend these guys to all of my family and friends who need to move on a tight budget... Great job guys! I would give them more stars but there is a five-star limit...

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting a quote from Moving Pros is extremely straight forward. We can typically get you an unbelievably accurate quote, explain what is required of you before move day and schedule the move in 10 minutes or less.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing local and interstate moves hands on for over 16 years. I've actually moved with and trained many of my employees over those years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Moving was my first job out of high school. I excelled at it and quickly climbed the ladder. I have been in the moving industry as a mover, driver, crew lead, training manager, operations manager, general manager and now owner.
