We paint interior and exterior as well. Top peaks charges for inspection and measurements of of the roof or any other part of the home. Homeowner is only responsible for the inspection/measurements charges if insurance does not approve the roofer damages or the homeowner decides to go in another direction for the roof work.

I had an insurance claim for a one layer tear-off and shingle replacement. Top Peaks walked me through every step of the way, answering any questions and keeping me informed of any developments. I am very happy with the work they did! From the crew, to the materials used, and the clean up afterwards… I would very much recommend Top Peaks Roofing and Construction! My roof looks great! I’m going to use them for other projects around the house as well!

We had small repair and painting on the facade of the house done and the patch of shingles replaced on the roof. Eric was great, very professional and efficient. The project was reasonable priced. All together very positive experience. I would use the company in the future again and would definitely recommend them for roof repairs and other projects.

Eric replaced my roof December 2020 I had a great experience working with Eric from Top Peaks. He was nice, reliable, professional and always let me know what was going on with the project...How long it would take...when the crew would be arriving and leaving for the day...also about added expenses before he did the work. He came to the job site to check on the crew making sure the job was being done. I highly recommend Eric for any work you need done you won’t be disappointed.

Our roof was damaged by a recent storm here in Missouri, we contacted our insurance company and they sent out an adjuster to survey the damage. As soon as an appointment was made, I contacted Top Peaks and Eric made time to meet the adjuster to make sure everything that was damaged was written up. Eric even put a tarp over the damaged area so we wouldn't have water damage inside the house. Eric was more then helpful with different shingle samples and styles, as well as letting us know the roofing codes and what was mandatory. He was very professional and didn't use language that was above our heads. We received our insurance and signed it over to Top Peaks and the next day their crew showed up and our roof was done that day. Eric is a wealth of knowledge and has some great resources. My wife and I had a great experience and we recommend this company to all our friends and family. We even asked for some extra business cards to give out.
