It was snowing and very cold the day I met Auston. Our heater had stopped working unexpectedly and we were likely going to lose all of our plumbing to freezing if we didn’t get the heat on soon. Auston responded immediately to my request for service and worked quickly to resolve our problems. I’ll likely never forget the sight of him kneeling in the snow, working on our machine. I highly recommend Hewell’s and will use them again in the future if I have problems.

He called me and asked if it was all right to come out earlier than promised....and did. It was a lot of work (my central heat is in our crawl space) and he finished the work quickly, correctly and was totally professional! I will not hesitate to call him again if I need work done and I would recommend him highly!
