I don't usually leave reviews for services, but I simply have to do it this time. I had an unusual situation whereby I had sewage coming up in my backyard with no real plausible explanation other than a clog in my sewer line. KC Flow Heroes came out to assess on different occasions and ultimately decided to dig a hole in my backyard and boy am I glad they did!I live in a house built in 1915, so plumbing issues can be an absolute wildcard on the source and severity of the problem. Through the research and diagnosit work of KC Flow Heroes, it was determined that the city I live in failed to hook my sewer line to the city's main line back in 2024 when the city previously did work in the neighborhood. KC Flow Heroes put the pressure on the city to investigate which ultimately led to the city doing the work to hook us back up to the sewer main.While the hole was open in my backyard, KC Flow Heroes was able to "camera" the lines and as a result it seemed best to have all my sewer lines "lined" from the inside of the house all the way to the sewer main. I wasn't super familiar with "lining," but KC Flow Heroes, specifically Katrina Weiss, explained the process to me. After seeing that there's a 50 year manufacturer guarantee, I decided to pull the trigger and get the work done. They also helped me diagnose an interior plumbing issue which turned out to be some poor caulking in my shower as opposed to an actual problem (they didn't try to upsell me into something I didn't need), which I was incredibly thankful for.KC Flow Heroes was professional throughout and any mess they made (which wasn't much) was cleaned up same day. Super happy I went with KC Flow Heroes for my plumbing issues and I would recommend to anyone!

Karl and Xavier were the two technicians who came and worked on such a difficult project and were fantastic to work with. We had a leak coming from somewhere within our wall and had no idea what the cause was. Thankfully after consulting with a water mediation company that Karl recommended, we were able to figure out where to cut out the wall and find the leak.These guys worked for 8 hours straight getting a heavy and cracked cast iron stack out of the wall and replaced it with PVC piping that is nice and water tight. On top of all that, we had an issue resetting the toilet that needed to be moved in order to cut the wall and Karl was able to take care of that too.Overall it was a great experience and I feel bad for the nightmare plumbing situation they wandered into, but I will definitely be calling them back for any issues we have in the future. Thanks again!
