Introduction: I studied classical art in Florence, Italy for 3 years being trained and inspired by Russian and Italian methods of drawing and painting. I believe foundational knowledge, joy, community, and curiosity are important for growing in any skill and that is what I aim to impart in sessions with students. After graduating from the Art Academy I taught art in a private middle school in Seattle and I currently teach private lessons in Kansas City.
