- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is intended to be fair for both the customer and our company. We regularly evaluate rates in the Kansas City Metro for our services and try to take the middle of the market. We are interested in producing a high quality product for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a time to meet our customers and talk about their project. We have a lot of options to offer our customers and we like to get those options in front of our customers for them to choose from. The main focus of the process for us is to communicate with our customers. They should never be in the dark about anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years of combined deck building experience working for Redline Deck Company. We are also Deckorators certified Pros. We completed an extensive process with Deckorators to become certified to sell and install their products. This also allows us to offer their material and labor warranty.
