We moved into a home and the existing sprinklersystem did not work and the control panel was hanging off the wall. We had several companies provide an estimate for repair. All of them said the entire irrigationsystem needed to be replaced, with prices ranging from $14,000-$18,000. It didn’t seem right. Then I cemented with Reeves. Tyler called one day after I submitted the inquiry. He came over 2 days later, did an inspection and said he could fix it for $600-$1000. We hired him and he fixed the entire thing a few days later. I will recommend him to everyone I know!

Tyler was an absolute huge help to me getting my irrigationsystem back on line for spring. He was able to come out much sooner than my regular guy and did an excellent job of getting everything in working order. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m upfront about my pricing. I won’t perform any work that isn’t approved by the customer. I will always give recommendations about services needed but I will never push a customer to purchase something they don’t need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to introduce myself through a phone call and listen to the customers needs. From there we can schedule a time for me to meet with the homeowner and perform the necessary work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ASSE certified to perform Backflow Tests in Missouri and Kansas
