Donnie did a great job on a custom window for us. He handled it quickly, worked after hours and followed up to make sure everything fit correctly. He is very responsive, honest and easy to work with. I have already recommended him to clients of mine.

Gave Don and his team a chance with starting out on his own to make my house brighter with more doors and windows. His crew was nice, but did not have the proper training to install doors and windows. Headers were not strung across the windows and the ones across the sliding doors did not go wide enough across opening to hit next wall support. Contacted Pella and they looked at it and said was incorrect install, but i unfortunately waited to long and fell out of my 2 year labor warranty. If would of known that Don did not stand behind is work would of used a more expensive option. To date I am so far at $5400 dollars to pull out both sliding doors and two of the 5 windows and support them properly so my house quits sagging on top of them. It was so bad that took two hands to pull open the doors just to go in and out of them. Been trying to reach him for months and will not respond. My only hope is maybe he has hired better crew and other gorgeous homes are not at same issue as mine, double check his work and make sure someone is their watching while he is doing it. All windows shown above including two sliding doors not pictured have been pulled out and redone. I have called for two months straight trying to get him to make it right and he wont return my calls or text so having to resort to telling everyone else our own experience. The gentlemen on his knees in second picture is wire nutting live wires together that came from an outlet instead of a junction box before putting the sheeting back up to cover it up, this was discovered when having to pull them back out again. Glad was caught and an electrical fire did not occur.

The group of guys in this shop were great. We needed the plastic piece for the bottom of a frameless shower door. They had the piece and cut it for us. Asked for the price and they offered the piece free of charge. We will use them for any glass or mirror needs in the future.

Don and his team really care about customer service and it shows! They replaced the glass on our back slider door when the old one had shattered in the freezing cold. They are personable, professional, and do not overcharge! We are very happy!
