The subject of a license always comes up. In most of the United States licenses are not needed. When you see that I an a Ordained Minister that is usually enough. Help with planing and do all those things that a local minister would do. What some people don't think about is we schedule weddings on a first serve basic. After people read my PROFILE PAGE they should make a decision weather they chose me or not. The months of May, June, July , Sept., and Oct. fill up fast.Don't delay. God Bless you for reading all about me. I get to meet a lot of people. I am able to marry folks that don't have a church or a minister. I get to meet the families of a lot of people. I get to help the bride and groom with how the wedding will be. Then my other side is I am an approved Minister for the Mo Correctional Centers. We do 25+ a year.

Pastor Russell was absolutely the best choice to officiate our wedding. Not only is he a very competent wedding official, he truly cares about each couple he marries. He's one of the most kind and caring individuals we've met. He took the time to meet with us weeks prior to the wedding to get to know us and to understand what kind of wedding we wanted, and who would be in attendance. At the wedding, he was very prompt and visited with our friends and family. We feel extremely blessed to have met him, and to have had him as such an important part of our wedding!

Pastor David is a sweetheart! We loved him. He was very attentive and hilarious which calmed our pre-wedding jitters. We couldn't have chosen a better person to officiate our wedding.

Pastor David Russell officiated at our recent wedding in Innsbrook, Missouri. Upon originally meeting with him we knew he would do a great job. Prior to the wedding the communication was great and he included our grandsons in the wedding party. He set a very warm, cordial atmosphere for our wedding, family and friends joining us for the reception and offering the blessing. He would be highly recommended by Jerry and Roberta Simpson.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tell people that donations are accepted. I do charge for gas and truck expenses. If you come to my house and I do it here in Hallsville there is no charge. We DO accept donations too.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with both the bride and the groom shortly after they say I'm hired. We talk about the ceremony and who will do what. We talk about where the wedding will be. What part everyone has and what time the rehearsal is. Then I marry then on that special day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We send about 10 hours a year to keep up with the times. We attend a 8 hr block on boundries training. What to do, what not to do. I read a lot about ministry.
