After Horizon sent one of their techs to look at our treadmill, they told us the whole motherboard, along with some additional parts, needed to be replaced and that it would be extremely costly to fix. A few months later, we set an appointment with Fitness Tek, and Brent determined it was simply a loose wire. Highly recommend Fitness Tek. Thank you Brent!!
