Excellent experience with The Fitness Tek/Brent. Very clear communication and was very patient with all my questions. My treadmill has never been so quiet and smooth. And I know this may matter more to some than others, but as a single woman, I was very comfortable having him in my home. Would definitely recommend and use again on any of my other fitness equipment.
