Brent is a super individual. He was friendly and professional. He resolved my issue quickly and then explained what caused it and then went over everything on how to work my treadmill properly. Excellent experience with The Fitness Tek/Brent. Very clear communication and was very patient with all my questions. My treadmill has never been so quiet and smooth. And I know this may matter more to some than others, but as a single woman, I was very comfortable having him in my home. Would definitely recommend and use again on any of my other fitness equipment.
