After Horizon sent one of their techs to look at our treadmill, they told us the whole motherboard, along with some additional parts, needed to be replaced and that it would be extremely costly to fix. A few months later, we set an appointment with Fitness Tek, and Brent determined it was simply a loose wire. Highly recommend Fitness Tek. Thank you Brent!!

Brent contacted me right away and offered to come out to repair and maintain our older elliptical machine. I explained that I wanted to repair my husband‘s elliptical for his birthday present.

Brent came to our house and was prompt and professional. He evaluated the situation, let us know what parts he needed and gave us an estimate of the process. Within a couple days I was contacted by Brent to let me know the parts were in. He drove back to our home and had the elliptical repaired and working just like new within a day of my husband‘s birthday! He stayed within the estimate he had given us. I would highly suggest Brent for any elliptical repairs you have. He was respectful to us and very kind to our pup when he came in to our home.
