- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet the client and see if we can come to an agreement on expectations of the job and salary/pay depending on if I am an employee or a 1099.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have only hands on experience. I have worked for one of my clients 16 years overseeing her home. I was over the whole operation of the house. My job included overseeing employees, scheduling maintenance and repairs for home and automobiles, paying the bills and office organization and anything else that needed to be done in regards to running the house.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started a cleaning business in 2006 and often did repairs and other maintenance projects for my clients. This lead into a few clients putting me in charge of the managing of their homes.
