I am very organized and on top of things. I can multitask very well and keep a house in tiptop shape. I have two homes that I have managed in the last sixteen years. I worked for Marilyn Schnuck and did everything from taking the cars to the shop, shopping, organizing, getting workers in, hiring employees, scheduling and also paying the bills for the home. I have had a cleaning business as well the last 16 years and have done side jobs for those as well. I have great references and I am very trustworthy and dependable. I worked from my last employer 16 years.

Nicole -- literally would handle things proactively before I would bring them up. She was on top of everything. She made the entire house run so smoothly. I don't think I ever saw her pause -- she was in constant motion. My standards are high, and I consider her a superstar. Nothing she couldn't handle.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet the client and see if we can come to an agreement on expectations of the job and salary/pay depending on if I am an employee or a 1099.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have only hands on experience. I have worked for one of my clients 16 years overseeing her home. I was over the whole operation of the house. My job included overseeing employees, scheduling maintenance and repairs for home and automobiles, paying the bills and office organization and anything else that needed to be done in regards to running the house.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started a cleaning business in 2006 and often did repairs and other maintenance projects for my clients. This lead into a few clients putting me in charge of the managing of their homes.
