- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on breed/size, coat condition and overall temperment. Most basic grooms start at $40. Price is subject to change depending on coat condition, pet temperment and desired grooming service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During a phone contact with a potential client I like to get an idea of the type of pet they have, the pets general temperment and their desired grooming needs. I also like to discuss some of the usual problems that may arise during grooming and how I would handle them. In person I will address the pets overall condition including behavior and discuss what services at going to benefit the client most
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the pet care industry for over 12 years performing a wide variety of jobs. I have a bachelor's degree of applied science.
